Hampton Inn by Hilton Chilliwack

I would have given it a higher score, but we were very disappointed that there is no daily maid service. Thinking that you pay a good amount of money, it would be nice to at least have your bed made up. Otherwise, nice rooms and a great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful also.

This was our second visit to the Hampton Inn Chilliwack, and we highly recommend it to others. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. The mountain views are amazing. The amenities, including comprehensive gym and well-maintained swimming pool, are great. The breakfast buffet is vast and delicious. Special shoutouts: ---Laurie, front desk, who gave exceptional service and truly went above and beyond. She even gave me throat lozenges of her own when I inquired about any for sale. ---Krista and Karen, buffet breakfast staff, who efficiently prepared the food and drinks and kept everything well stocked. ---Flo, maintenance staff, who conscientiously kept the swimming pool maintained, among other duties. Each of these employees is highly customer-oriented, with great attitudes, and makes the guests feel welcome.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms, could use blackout curtains on the windows, and a nice breakfast area. Super quiet. Location is a bit out of the way if you don’t have a car. The hot tub worked so that was a plus!

Spent the long weekend in Chilliwack with my wife and children. Had an amazing time at the pool with the kids. The rooms were very clean and cozy. Sarah at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind!

After 3 phone calls to different hotels, at 3 am after a night shift. The Hampton was able to accommodate us and we're very friendly. Great hot tub, and pool, clean rooms, good price. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

We had a great experience. We were a bit worried with it being a 3-star, but it was much better than we anticipated. The rooms were large and clean. Our son loved the pool and waterside. The continental breakfast was great. Cheese omelettes, sausage, hash browns, and all the usual items. Coffee was good. Overall the price was good too

Fantastic pool with a cool water slide and hot top. Nicely equipped gym. We had a quick stay here while passing through on the way to Vancouver. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was cozy and clean, the staff were very kind and the free breakfast was great.

Loved this hotel. I will be back to visit family again. I am giving it a 4 star - just based on location (there's nothing nearby). It's nice that it's right off the highway, but it's not a location you can stay at without a vehicle. It's on the very edge of Chilliwack - about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. All items were well stocked for my stay. I wasn't missing anything. I love the included breakfast! They had healthy options (oatmeal and yogurt) as well as the traditional "filling" breakfast items (eggs sausage, waffles, french toast sticks, baked goods and breads). I would have loved if they had cut up fruit like most breakfast included restaurants, but they did offer whole apples and oranges. Just a bit of a pain on a rushed morning. The coffee was very good. The gym facility is nice and big. They have 3 treadmills so there was always one available early morning. There's also ample floor space for several folks to use free weights at a time if needed. Overall lovely stay!
